Rita Clemente,
VP of Community Relations

Rita joined the St. Paul's team in January 2003.  As VP of Community Relations she manages the daily operations of our home and community-based services as well as oversees marketing strategies and independent living in The Colony at St. Paul's.  Rita considers her role at St. Paul's as a calling and is blessed by the many residents and clients and their families that she serves.  She is an ambassador for St. Paul's in the community and counts it a privilege to serve alongside so many dedicated men and women in Greenville and northern Mercer County who strive to make a difference.

Michelle Bish,
Community Outreach Specialist

Michelle worked as a Companion/Care Partner before she moved into her new role as Community Outreach Specialist in 2018. As the Community Outreach Specialist, she is responsible for developing relationships in the community, promoting Without Walls and its services to prospective clients and recruiting qualified Care Partners. She is a certified Philip’s Lifeline Representative and meets with area seniors and their families to give choices on medical alert services to keep them active while living alone.

“Working as Outreach Specialist and representing such a loving and caring home-based service like WOW is an honor," she said. "Every Care Partner truly cares for their clients and treats them like family. As a former Care Partner, I have seen this first-hand.”

Linda Iliff,
Office Manager

Linda Joined the WOW team in 2012 during its inception. Linda focuses her time managing day to day operations including billing, payroll, and scheduling as well as staff and client relations. Prior to Without Walls, Linda worked in several departments of St. Paul’s since 2007, her most recent as a Certified Nurse Assistant. Linda enjoys her job because “No two days are ever the same! There is so much going on every single day. I enjoy working with our staff and clients and have really enjoyed being here from the beginning and seeing the changes and the growth and how we are improving and evolving. It’s very exciting!”

Michelle O’Malley,
Client and Staff Development Coordinator

Michelle joined the WOW team in 2012 as a Companion/Care Partner. She was named the Community Outreach Specialist for WOW in 2015 and moved to her role as Client and Staff Development Coordinator in 2018. In her current position, Michelle hires and supervises the direct care workers (companions and care partners) and manages Client Intakes (assessments and Plans of Care). She also works closely with clients and staff on care and service questions/issues. Michelle loves her job!

She shares, “It is a privilege to work with our clients and their families in a very intimate/personal way. It is most rewarding as they allow us to come into their lives and their homes during difficult times to provide the care and services they need.

Having been a care partner, I have the perspective of being sensitive to the support and training our staff needs to effectively care for our clients. I am proud to work for and alongside many dedicated individuals St. Paul’s.”
