VNA Alliance Home Health 

VNA Alliance is a community-based, non-profit, Medicare certified home health agency based in Meadville, PA. 

VNA Alliance currently serves Crawford, Mercer and Venango counties. VNA Alliance offers a wide range of services provided by nurses and other health care professionals including Registered & Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides, Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Wound Care & Ostomy Care, E-stim / Ultrasound. Additional services provided in Crawford County include our Palliative Care Program and TeleHealth monitoring.


HVA Senior Living Alliance

HVA is an alliance of locally governed senior living communities throughout northwest Pennsylvania. They’re organizations you already know. And trust. And as not-for-profit, mission-driven entities, our member organizations reinvest their earnings back into their staff, their facilities, their programs, and the outstanding care they provide — placing residents’ needs above all things.

Medical Equipment Recycling Program (MERP)

Providing residents in the community access to refurbished medical equipment.

The Medical Equipment Recycling Program is a program of the UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation. The program provides refurbished medical equipment to people in the community and surrounding areas who lack the insurance coverage or means to buy new medical equipment. Among the pieces of equipment the program supplies are: wheelchairs, canes, walkers, hospital beds; bathroom equipment including tub benches, shower chairs, and potty chairs; and lift chairs. MERP also accepts and encourages donations of used equipment which help sustain their program.


PA Homecare Association

The Pennsylvania Homecare Association is a state trade association representing nearly 700 organizations that provide care and support to individuals in their own homes. Our members provide medical care, such as nursing and wound care, and physical, speech or occupational therapy, personal care, such as assistance with activities of daily living like bathing and meal preparation, and end-of-life care for those with terminal illnesses. 


Area Agency on Aging

The Area Agency on Aging's mission is to enrich the lives of older adults in Mercer County and enable them to maintain their independence through an array of programs and services.


Alzheimer’s Association

Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer's Association advances research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.
